In 2023, we made a deliberate pivot. Not because software development was dying — but because we saw a once-in-a-generation shift unfolding. Large language models, autonomous agents, and multimodal AI were moving from research curiosities to production-grade tools that could genuinely transform how organisations operate.
We retooled. We upskilled. We started building AI systems instead of just integrating third-party ones. Today, Ruvca is an AI-first consultancy — bringing the same rigour and delivery discipline of enterprise software engineering to a new generation of intelligent systems.
